While we make the sign, I mean," she smiled, looking over at him in the corner of the room.They weren't just going to sit around doing nothing..No siree. "Oh, and urrr, we'll be having some more guests.You know other than Brody and.....LORI?!"

Sarah's eyes grew wide as she saw her fellow fifth year amongst the crowd, and seemingly staying too. "Where did you come from? You weren't down her earlier, were you? And it's too late for you to have been outside....are you staying as well?" Ooooh the questions.Not that Sarah minded if it was a yes to the last one.Lori was pleasent enough to people she liked, and was certainly helpful when they had to get Miranda up to the hospital wing that time.

Boy, was this place gonna get crowded.Now the three of them just had to find a quiet place to discuss the speech they had to make. -sigh-

Miranda breathed out in relief as she heard the Prefect calling out that she was fine. She helped her up and then went to get the discarded things from the floor, also putting them by the sofa.

Write? Oh, the notice thingy. "You can help if you want, I've got not problem doing som doodling, hehe." She smiled at Sarah. Miranda grabbed the pens from her pocket and walked over to the table and parchment, kneeling down by it. While she talked to Torin, Miranda started to ponder over what they could write on the parchment. Something attention-y and serious. But not too serious to cause panic, or something. Heh.

"How about... 'Attention Badgers, due to...uuuuuuuh..." She gave Sarah a look of uncertainty. "...due to students getting mauled we are going into a lockdown..." she mumbled and rolled her eyes.

Heh, this was hard.

Suddenly, Miranda felt dizzy and she clasped the edge of the table. She looked down at the parchment and frowned. Nah, this would have to wait for some other time. She stood up, leaving the pen on the surface. "I have to go." She said, and without another word, walked away from her friends and out the door.

Lorelai smiled softly at Torin, and ran a hand loosely through her hair once more, before turning to look as more people joined them, presumably the people she had snuck past on her way into the common room. She gave them a little wave, pity. She still had no idea WHY everyone was staying down here, but you know .. Any chance at a sleepover worked with her. Heh.

Giggling to herself at Sarah finally noticed her, Lori smiled and nodded once. "If its alright with you, I'll stay down here, you see ... The dorm's all empty, and I woke up, you guys were looking for things, pens and chocolate, and then you mentioned blankets, and then I realised that half of our dorm wasn't in bed, so I came down here. I would have said something to you, but you know, I didn't want to interrupt, so I came down, asked Torin what was going on.. We're going on lock down? Why?" Okay, so she was talking alot, she was certainly allowed, it was early, and she was attempting to stay awake for a while now.

Turning her head as her captain started to talk to herself about what to write. "You're trying to write what to tell people? How about, people are getting- Yeah, thats what I was gonna say. Puts it simple." Shrug.

And then, then, Miranda was off. "Miranda? Miranda?!" Bathroom break maybe?

"Saaaarah! Where'd Miranda go?" She squeaked, but instead of staying put, she hopped up, and looked at the prefect.
