When this all got sorted, and he was physically sixteen again... those ears would be stuck on top of his head all the same as they had been. They were bothersome, and girls seemed to like them. They kept touching them. And though he was loathe to admit it, he was actually growing used to it. It felt good when people scratched them.
Sigh.
"Tails aren't very much fun at all... they knock things off tables and you can't sleep on your back when you have one." He paused, eyes turning to Lina's kitty ears. He suddenly had the strange urge to touch them. It was the five year old part of him, wanting to play with the furry little things. "Linaaaaaaa. Lemme touch your ears."
