Oh right, the meeting. "Maybe before breakfast would be good? We can sort of... entrap them..." Ugh. That sounded scary, but she was lacking better words right at this moment. Hey, it was late! She glanced at Sarah as she spoke. Was she staying? Half of her wanted to go back to her nice warm bed and hide, but the other part of her wanted to stay and make sure that Torin would be okay. "I'll stay." Because it was good to brave sometimes wasn't it? And she really wasn't that much of a brave person. Brody wanted to stay? He was... relieved. And a little surprised. He had figured she would want to stay where it was comfy and safe. But he was happy that she was staying too. "Well, I'm glad you're staying. Keep me from falling asleep." Because if he drifted off she could hit him.
"And we can make sure your dad doesn't find out. Somehow." Which could be hard seeing as he worked for the Minister. So they would just make sure that it didn't reach the Ministry. That couldn't be too hard to do.
And Miranda was talking, but he didn't take in half of what she was saying. He did hear food though. "Oh, yes. I want food." He loved food. |
