Jack had been so fascinated by all the accounts of duels in his history book, that he had kind of spaced out and completely missed the next question. EEEP! He looked around and gathered from the other answers that they were describing seconds...that was not a hard question at all! He raised his hand, even though numerous other students had already answered.
"A second is the person who is there to take over in case you can't duel anymore. Not all people have seconds in their duels though, right? Especially if it's not something you plan," he added.
