Fred narrowed his eyes to get a better look at the group, but slid back with George so that they wouldn't be seen. "I have an idea...." And Fred darted off to the back of the Joke Shop to the back door. He had his wand out just in case the shop was still being watched. But, no one was in site. Fred darted down to the lab, grabbed what he was looking for, and tucked it down in his robes.
Fred knew that he was taking his chances being back in the shop, but he needed just one more thing...he got down on all fours and crawled through the aisles to the mask section of the shop. Picking out two that could easily be changed to DE masks, he crawled back out of the shop and ran back out to where George was. He tossed him a mask, then pulled out the thing he'd retrieved from the Lab, the map...
"Ole Snape can't get away from us with this.."Fred said tapping the corner of it, and the whole of Diagon Alley and its inhabitants popping up before their eyes. |
