Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris couldn't help but grin slightly to himself as he heard the girl call out that he'd never be able to catch her, and let out a soft chuckle before picking up the pace. He was vaguely aware of the heavy drops on his clothes and curls, weighing him down with each step, but was mostly concentrated on the slender girl running a good few yards ahead of him; her long brown hair flowing behind her as she ran gracefully through the tall grass, getting farther and farther out into the field. Finally, with a big burst of speed, Ferris caught up to the girl, snatching her waist into his lanky arms and knocking her over into the soft grass. The boy started laughing softly to himself, rolling over ontop of the girl just slightly so as to make sure she didn't run away again. "I didn't mean it," Ferris pointed out with an amused smile. "You're not supposed to actually run, you know," he added a little breathlessly, his brown eyes sparkling from between the raindrops that were now consistently falling over both of them.
