Upon hearing that the potion burned Violet's throat, Gabriella gave the little girl a sympathetic look. She hated for children to be hurt, despite that being a large part of her job. Well---actually hurt children was her job. Healing them, that is.

She sighed softly when the girl asked about leaving Hogwarts. "I'm afraid that's something out of my control. That would be a decision you and your parents would have to make," she said. "If you'd like to talk about it, though, feel free to drop by my office. For now, though, you're free to go."
