Her breathing has gotten less laboured, but it was still difficult for her to breath. Sitting up had helped, but she still winced in pain with every few breaths. Closing her eyes for a second, she let out a tiny breathe and tried to calm herself. Everything would come back to her in good time, she tried to reason with herself.
"It's okay Mina, you've given me enough information to work on." Marcus said reassuringly as he rested his head against the wall behind him. What the young girl had told him had him thinking quite hard and what she had described he had seen before but not in a long time and certainly not with kids.
He turned his head slightly at the sound of Kay's voice and he frowned slightly as she stomped out of the room. Marcus didn't think his request of giving Mina some breathing room had been unreasonable at all.
