Torin had made the best Halloween costume ever. Well, the best one that he could make at the last minute with only a piece of plaid fabric at his disposal.

Finally done, he left the bedroom and started heading down the stairs. Brody would be so impressed with his creativity.

But where was she?

Aaah, she was in the living room wearing an angel costume. Awww. She looked so cute!

Too bad she was laughing at him.

“Torin, what the hell are you wearing?”

He frowned. That wasn’t the reaction that he had wanted. “I’m going as a Scotsman.”

Sigh.
