He stopped. That just wasn't working. Instead, Jake tried to look for familiar LOOKING words and work it out.
Now he looked in a different way, he saw the words 'shoes', 'cubby' and 'pillows'.
Okie dokie.
As Jake stepped into the room, he looked worriedly at Lupa. Did she still think he had a crush on her? Maybe Jake SHOULD have quit the class.
Biting his lip, Jake kicked his shoes off (seeing these 'cubby' things had made everything make sense), pushed them into one of the cubby things and took a seat, out of habit, right by Lupa. "Hi."
Kay took off her shoes and went to sit on a pillow. She looked over and saw Jake. Kay smiled at him and began getting comfy on the pillow. She moved her thumbs at Jake? She wanted to know if he had found them yet, without asking out loud.

Leave your shoes in a cubby, enter and sit on the pillows.
She stood and waited for the students to enter. "Hello, Professor. How are you?" Kay aske smiling at her. Looking around the room trying to see what they would be doing.
