Okaaaaay. Nate was obviously not a morning person. Cadence would have to remember that.
"Okay..." she replied, a bit unsure as she left the bathroom to get dressed.
"A lot of help he was," she mumbled with a smile. Even when he was grumpy, he was still cute. Cadence unzipped her suitcase and began laying the clothes out on her bed. She needed to put them away, but she would do that later. Finally, she settled on a short, white summer
dress.
Going through yet another bag, she began picking out color-coordinated accessories. How was she feeling today? Yellow. She put in yellow earrings and adorned herself with the matching necklace, bracelets, and an anklet. She pulled a yellow ribbon out of her accessories bag and tied it in a pretty bow around the middle of her dress. Then she slipped on her yellow flip-flops right as Nate was talking to her through the door.
"No, I'm fine." she replied.
After styling her hair and applying a minimal amount of makeup, she looked in the mirror one last time. White did not look very good on a body that needed a tan. Going to her bedside table, she picked up her wand and walked back over to the mirror. Pointing it at her skin, she muttered a spell to make herself tan as she ran the wand up and down various parts of her body. Much better.
Cadence walked through the bathroom. Nate's door was open now, so she assumed that meant it was okay to go in. She walked inside his room and saw him cleaning. Giggling slightly, she asked,
"Do you want me to help? I sort of made that mess..."
