Marilyn was looking to Rafe for comfort when in the next moment he was on the stage just as Carter had been. Had everyone lost their minds tonight?! She stared at him in open mortification, suddenly feeling something heavy drop in her lap. She glance down and notice a cold butterbeer. Looking for the source, her eyes landed on the Headmaster, who was giving her the most sympathetic look she'd ever seen. How embarrassing...
Feeling completely trapped at this point, she popped the top and sipped at the refreshing drink. While it didn't take her utter embarrassment away, it did feel nice on her throat. Glaring at both boys in succession, Marilyn sighed. What's next?
