“You do realise that, erm, dragonhide gloves…they’re used for mucking things out. And stuff. They aren’t a fashion accessory.
Lucille looked down at her gloved hands. “I like them,” she whined.
“But, it’s just –“
“Yes?”
“I didn’t really picture you to be wearing them for dinner with Demelza.”
“Trust me,” said Lucille, “when you’ve seen Demelza’s cooking, your going to wish you had some too. All the bones you have to pick through cause havoc with your manicure.”
