Wowza! Ian had been distractedly flipping the pages of the textbook Professor Lawson had provided them. The truth was that, having grown up pretty much as a muggle (save for the tutoring on magical education by his father), Ian knew all that there was to know about Muggles, and all the things that implied to be one. Playing sports was, too, part of that, and Ian, though hardly the best at sports, knew more than enough to actually have to worry too much over paying attention.
"Sure, sir. Sounds good." Or something.
House points didn't really matter to him. It wasn't like HE was contributing much to the house cup race thing that excited everyone so much, anyway.
