This year's Toy Fair in New York City displayed various old and new Harry Potter merchandise. The most notable, of course, are the new LEGO construction sets being
released in October, which are modeled after numerous scenes and buildings from
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, including the Astronomy Tower and the Burrow on fire. Exclusive high-resolution photos and a video by myself, from the event which I attended earlier today, for SnitchSeeker can be seen
in our galleries and below, respectively.
In addition to the construction set, a LEGO board game, out this August, was revealed at the Toy Fair; the first photos of the game, where fans can play as Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco, and Dumbledore, and preliminary box set can be seen
below.
Also, NECA, Elope, and many other distributors showed off already-seen figurines and toys from the earlier Harry Potter films; those can be seen
here.
Finally, as the release of Alice in Wonderland, starring Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall, and Paul Whitehouse, amongst others, is nearing, merchandise to promote the film was out for viewing at the Fair. They can be viewed in our
galleries.
LEGO promises many more photos of the construction set, board game, and video game throughout the year.
