Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris wasn't very happy (in fact he almost looked like he was in pain), his dark brown eyebrows furrowing as he listened to Ned and Vianna's conversation. He didn't like them talking. No, correction, he didn't care if they talked, he cared about the fact that Ned was right next to his girlfriend poking and prodding her playfully. Normally, this was something that Ferris wouldn't give much thought at, had it been just any of Vianna's guy friends. But this was Ned, the boy who had recently and very accidently let Ferris know of his love for Vianna Vincenzi, the one that he was completely in love with.
He listened numbly to their conversation, giving Kayla a vague smile as she joined them, his thoughts scattered as he tried to sort out his own feelings. It was then that he heard Ned's words, 'Men don't want to be serious... They can't stand the thought of buckling down and never chasing other girls. Men love, chasing women and being tied to one, takes you out of the hunt'. WHAT?! He turned his pale face to look at the pair just as Vianna turned to look at him, his brown eyes wide.
He wasn't like that! No! Not at all! Ferris could see the concern and worry in his girlfriend's expression and his startled, very wide brown eyes turned back to Ned with obvious disbelief. Where did he get off speaking on behalf of all men in the universe!?
"Not all guys are like that, Ned," he told the boy from next to Vianna, his brown eyes just a little harsh and still disbelieving before they turned to the girl at his side and they softened. He gave her a small, honest smile before kissing her cheek and leaning back against the tree trunk.
