The potion had a foul taste to it, and had she not been petrified she wouldv'e spit it back out. Once she involuntarily finished drinking the potion, KneazleArya felt the spell taken off of her,and though she was still bound to the chair, she was able to move some parts of her body.
As she flicked her tail, hissing yet again at the healer, she began to feel the effects of the rouge potion whear off. Her wiskers and ears were slowly fading away, as well as the black fur covering her body. But the tail and her kneazle temperament however had not. She still had the pink potion on some parts of her body, along with the many wounds from her fight. Noticing that the effects still had yet to completely wear off the second young girl, Gabriella focused her attention on her. "You've consumed the healing potion, so the exploded potion that's left on your body will no longer cause any additional effects on you," she explained. "A good shower will take care of rinsing that off." "In the meantime, the effects you had before the potion will continue to wear off and should be gone within seconds. The ointment that I've just applied on your friend will take care of your scratches and wounds," she continued. Because the girl had taken the potion, it was safe for Gabriella to approach her and apply the ointment. Gabriella smoothed the ointment over the affected areas of the girl's body. Quote:

Eyes looking around widely she tried to make sense of her situation...Cat-like pupils zeroed in on her own body where nothing was binding her. Glaring through slitted eyes at the woman who had done, it she hissed and then just stared wearily as her wounds were attended to. The third cat, although still in a rather vicious state of mind, seemed to be healing, as well. Gabriella stepped back as the potion began to slowly heal the young girl. When she knew the girl had been healed enough to be released from the binds, she swished and flicked her wand and released her. "You're free to sit here until you've been completely transformed. As I've told your friends, you've had the potion, so all you'll do now is properly heal," she explained. Quote:

Blinking she looked at Healer Ashford and tilted her head as she handed her the phial. Looking at it carefully, she purred. It looked like milk and the knealzeMina wanted some milk. Milk was good.
Bring the phial to her lips, she took the potion down. Eek, definitely not milk! She made a sour face and set the phial down. She needed some water now. The taste was terrible.
Rubbing her face slightly, Mina felt the top of her head. Patting it lightly, a smile started to form. Her little knealze-ears were getting smaller and her tail wasn't swaying any more. It was working! Noticing the sour face of the fourth former cat, Gabriella pointed the girl in the direction of a small water cooler. "Please feel free to have a cup of water to help eliminate the taste the potion left behind," she said. "At this point, you'll continue to get better and better until you're completely the way you used to be. As soon as the transformation is complete, you may leave." Quote:

"Thank you, ma'am," Gold said, brightly. "I'm sure the milk works wonderfully. I mean," she blinked at her slip of tongue. "I'm sure the potion works wonderfully."
Shaking her head, she quickly accepted the phial, and drank up. It did not, as Healer Ashford had said, take too long for the 'transformation' to begin. The whiskers faded away at once, yes. That was followed by the return, of her ears, to normality. SCORE!
"This is such a relief," the fifth year exclaimed, all thankfully. Though she had yet to stop thinking of milk.
Hehe. Gabriella laughed lightheartedly at the girl's comment on the milk working wonderfully. She knew Gold had intended to say potion, though. Such was to be expected when one was transformed into a cat, though. "I'm glad it helped, Miss Laksh. You should continue to feel better and better as the minutes pass. You're welcome to sit in here until you feel fully transformed," she said, smiling warmly. "You've had the potion, so no further effects will take place." Quote:

Taking a deep breath Nancy pushed the door open and immediately spotted the Healer currently talking to one of the students. "Healer Ashford! Please. Sorrytointerruptbutit'surgent!" The 17 year old more exclaimed at twice her normal speech-rate. And her normal one was fast already.
She chewed on her lower lip as she gave the Healer yet another pleading look, the fear and horror quite obvious in her eyes. She had to make this okay again. She just had to. Startled at the sudden loud noise, Gabriella whirled around to find a young girl calling for urgent help. Automatically, her thoughts went to the four children who'd already been admitted for very severe injuries. If this was another of those cases, Gabriella just might consider going to the Headmaster about the issue. After all, severe injuries obtained while at school were definitely not acceptable. "Yes, yes? What's happened?" she asked.
