Rafe stood up, he started to pace. He just couldn't be so close to her right now, it was too much of a temptation. "I know, and I know you will make the right decision. And we don't have to get together if..." he couldn't finish his sentence. He was feeling incredibly guilty. Even though he wanted nothing more in the world then to be with Marilyn, he didn't want to hurt Carter as well, but it was something that would just have to happen.

"Whatever the decision, if you need space or if your think he might need space," Rafe took in a deep breath and turned to face Marilyn, who was still looking at the ground. "I'm yours Marilyn, I've always been yours."
