Vianna laughed lightly at Ferris's response. "I'd better stop kissing you, then, I don't want your brain in a million little pieces!" she said, making a bit of a face at this before chuckling once again. And then she grew quiet again, merely watching the reflection of the moon on the water, momentarily distracted by this before turning her gaze to the house on the hill. Her blue eyes widened at the sight; the lights on the second floor hallway were on and the curtains wide open. "Someone's up," Vianna said, pulling her head up from the boy's shoulder and letting her feet meet the sand once again, bringing her back to her original short height (or at least short compared to Ferris). It could've been anyone in the hallway; Kayla, or Jamie, or one of her brothers, but what made the girl paranoid was the thought that whoever was roaming the second floor could also be one of her parents.
