He stopped short, between the student desks, looking at the wreck that used to be his potions class. Everything was drenched; half an inch of water puddled on the stone floors. Tacks, bits of potions and gobs of bogey-strewn gum were everywhere. The message on the chalkboard was nothing but a wet, soppy smear. "What in Merlin's hot pink hot tub have you all done to this classroom?!" he demanded, clearly infuriated. "Upstead, were you responsible for this travesty? Or you, Pryce? I leave you alone for fifteen minutes and... SOMEONE will please explain this at once or each one of you will lose 20 points!" Sidney is taking the goo covered tacks out of her hair when the real Professor Kazimeriz enters the classroom or what's left of it. "He said he was your substitute sir a Professer Crazimeriz." Quote:

The brunette nodded for emphasis, stacking her ink and quill next to the pile of parchment. This little girl was sweet. Wesley'd watch out for her. She'd protect her. The 3rd year's chest puffed with importance and pride.
Wide-eyed, Wesley gaped at the younger girl, shaking her head, but it was too late. Sidney had spoken.
Oh dear Merlin, no. As tacks fell on the first year, Wesley let out a yelp, before hopping off her chair and rushing to the girl's side."Are you okay? Oh please be okay. Please please please please please be okay!"
The Hufflepuff began brushing tacks off the desk, too short to pick them off the tiny child's hair and robes.
Why did this happen to the first year she'd chosen to watch over?
In fact, as she now attempted to remove gum and...something else that was nasty and foreign, Wesley was wondering why this had to happen at all. Sidney whispers to Wesley, "I'm okay. I think. What was that thing? He wasn't a ghost was he?" Poor Sidney has never seen a creaturs such as Peeves. |
