I don't think anyone despises the films. It's just part of being a fan...it's in our nature to judge things so obviously that's what we do. If we didn't analyze it as good or bad, we wouldn't be thinking at all. Everyone has different opinions. There's no rule that just because you're a fan you have to love it.

Anyways, even if people didn't like the film for their reasons, as a fan I think they're happy that HBP got nominated for an Oscar in it's deserved

category (unlike when WB wanted it as Best Picture). So CONGRATS to HBP and Bruno Delbonnel! The film really had beautiful cinematography.
