Pulling from his grip she tore off into the night, darting into the forest. She didn't even pause to sniff the air like she usually did; she allowed her hunting instincts to yank her to the closest prey. She tackled a deer so quickly that it didn't even know what hit it as she cleared its body of blood. Once she pulled back, she was still thirsty. So thirsty. The feeling set her throat on fire, like a thousand knives were being shoved deep into her mouth. Luckily another deer was heading this way; a baby deer. It was looking for it's mother.
