Seeing how well Nate was willing to cooperate, Gabriella gave the boy another small smile. Her eyes flickered right back towards Cadence, though. She watched as the phial of potion was quickly emptied.
"Thank you Miss Ballard, Mr. King," she said, withdrawing the phial and discarding it. She paused for a moment, watching the girl to see if the potion was taking effect. Knowing that it should have her calmed within minutes, Gabriella decided it was alright to begin questioning her.
"Now then, why don't you tell me what happened..."
