Jack hurried down to Kade's office, running up to the door and knocking right away. When he didn't answer, he figured he was probably with other people, so he walked over to a bench and sat down, pulling the frog out of his bag. It STILL had two heads and five arms. Poor little fella.
"Don't worry, Professor Kade will fix you before Jasmine even notices you're gone," he assured the anphibian plushie. He still had no idea what he had done to create such a mess...let alone what seemed to be a PERMANENT mess.
He just hoped Kade didn't ask for specifics about how it happened...how embarrassing would it be to tell him that he had been playing make believe with his duplicates and he had gotten too excited and messed up...somewhere?
