Ferris paused for a moment as she asked what had happened and he shook his head, "Nothing happened, I just...It's been bugging me. I don't like what I said because I think...it gave you the wrong impression," he started carefully, unsure if he was just digging himself into a hole that he didn't need to be digging in the first place. "Our first kiss was the best thing that I have ever been a part of," he told her with a soft smile, "As cheesy as that sounds, it was the best day of my life....I just, I don't want you going off with the wrong impression of something I think so highly of." He explained, his brown eyes searching hers as though trying to find verification.
