"Oh right, cause I coulld have sworn you were limping your right ankle in class." Marcus looked at Dylan with an innocent look, "But I could have been mistaken." He gave the boy a wink and conjured an ice pack with his wand. "Here you go Dylan, just make sure you put that on the correct foot."

Yes. He could hear the waves... but he could only feel pain... and a weird sensation in his nose, as if the feature was play-doh that was being remolded...

Weird.

The boy was just trying to remember what it had felt like, the first feel of sand, when a popping noise (which in his opinion was LOUD) was heard, and Jake's eyes snapped open. That had freaked him out. Jake reached for the man's arm and squeezed it tight.

Feeling... queasy...

Marcus didn't even flinch when Jake squeezed his arm but he did look at the kid in alarm when his face turned a faint shade of green. "Please tell me you're not going to vomit?"

He looked over to Ellie as if to say 'do something.' Because he did NOT want to be vomited on. Marcus could handle a lot of things but being spewed on was not one of them.
