He should try it nonverbally, right? He'd been able to do the butterfly one nonverbally after a few tries...

"Awwwww.....," Neptune swept up her flowers and snuggled them. She giggled right into the petals, nosing the butterflies AWAY from her flowers. They were being greedy babies, really! "Thank you, Raiden," Neptune sincerely expressed her gratitude of the gift. "TWO gifts puts you much farther ahead of the others. And flowers that you MADE!!!"

She giggled and skipped away.

"I LOVE you Professor Pilliwickle! See you soon!!"

Neptune wiggled her fingers at the pleasant professor and skipped out of the room.
