"We're looking for Ms. Powers." Ben looked around and couldn't seem to find her, so he walked over to the nearest desk and said, "Hi, I'm looking for Ms. Powers. Or the Division head. Can you please direct me to either?" He added a smile and looked back at Aveira with a look that said, 'This is how you do it.'
