Yes, getting a little TOO hyper now.. "They're BEAUTIFUL!" Mildred beamed happily, admiring the girl's flowers with bright eyes. So preeetttyyy! "Your butterflies seem to like them too!" Quote:

Arter my flowers supposed to be so,...dull?" he asked. "Hmmm. Did you picture dull flowers, dear?" Mildred asked, scratching her chin thoughtfully, "I think you just need a little more practice at the concentrating." Poor, dull flowers. Quote:

Even though that would be a hard word to say. "Or... kuhh-kid... ee... us..."
Hmm. No. "Oh-or-kkkid-ee-us..."
Still no. "Or-KIDDD-ee-us..."
N-yes!
Jake flailed his arms around and positively BEEEEEEEAMED! His FIRST piece of magic in FOREVER! It was only one small wilting daisy, but SO WHAT?! He'd DONE it! "I DID IT!" he squealed excitedly, bouncing up and down with a grin on his face. "I duhh-did mmmmagic!"
That made him sooooo happy. "YAAAAAAY!!!" Mildred sung loudly, clapping her hands together when the stuttering boy conjured his flowers. Well... just a tiny daisy. But STILL! He seemed so happy! So she was happy for him!! "Excellent job!" Quote:

"ORCHIDEOUS!!"
Lucille opened her eyes, expecting to see the emerald flowers, but instead - Well THAT wasn't right. Not at all.
Still, it was food, right. AND a flower. Kinda.
"Erm," called Lucille, raising her hand for the professor with a crease crinkling her brow. "Do cabbages count, professor?" CABBAGE?
"Oh dear," Mildred pouted slightly, brow wrinkling more than it already was. "That won't do at all, no." By the looks of it, butterflies didn't like cabbage. Cabbage was no good for brightening up the room either. "Did you get the wand movement correct? Circular. Try again, sweetie." Quote:

She watched her butterflies flutter around and smiled, closing her eyes and imagining the most beautiful bunch of flowers she waved her wand and said, " Orchideous" She peeked and was amazed to see the beautiful bunch of gerber daisies she had ever seen.
She actually squealed with delight. " Look, Professor, look, look!" she exclaimed, positively beaming. She giggled as her beautiful pink butterflies fluttered around and lighted on the daisies. Who SQUEALED?
Mildred turned to find a rather excited girl. And she had good reason to be excited!! "OOOOH! They're enjoying those, aren't they!?" She giggled, watching as her butterflies fluttered around her flowers. Quote:

"If the spell is performed correctly," Mildred started with a sweet smile, "then you should be able to conjure what it is you imagine in your mind. It does take a lot of practice!" Especially for people who got easily distracted like herself. Quote:

"ORCHIDEOUS" Emily said, and a bouquet of tiger and Jacqueline lilies popped out of her wand "Professor look! I'm doing it I'm feeding my butterflies!" Emily was excited, she even was less irritated by the extremely irritating professor who was teaching. " Well done, my love!" Mildred sighed proudly, when another of the youngsters grew excited over their achievements. Nothing beat feeding young minds! Quote:

She managed to do it easily, probably on her third try. Her flowers were all sorts of colors, and she was now messing with them distractedly. Was this another late comer?
Mildred blinked a little when a girl wandered in and took a seat. Oh dear, oh dear. "Sweetie, the lesson started a good while ago. Two points from Ravenclaw and DO try be punctual next time!" She wasn't expecting the children to turn up MEGA early. But at least on time! Quote:

"Oooooh, aren't you the gentleman!" Mildred gushed in appreciation when a nice young man presented her with a bouquet of flowers. "I looooove ROSES! I'll put these on display in my office!" GIGGGLE!
"You're all doing marvellous jobs!" Professor Pilliwickle called to the entire class with a happy twirl. "Keep it up, everyone!"
