He did, however, smile back at her upon hearing her first words and although his smile seemed polite enough, it had an ounce of sarcasm there. Feel the urge to produce butterflies? He didn't think so. "I hope you said no." He murmured under his breath at her wedding proposal revelation. seriously? That was lame. "I mean .. " The old hag wasn't THAT deaf, she might have heard that. "Wouldn't that require two spells, Professor? One to produce the butterflies, a second one to control their behaviour?"
Not that he cared, anyway. But Sebastian needed to act like he did. "Yes, dear," Mildred sighed a little at the young man who STILL hadn't produced any butterflies yet. He was probably the only one. "But for now, we're just trying the one spell. Now let me see you perform it! Give me butterflies!" She wanted LOTS.
And then they could conjure MORE pretty things!
