Wowza! Ian McKensie was allergic to giggles - everyone knew this, or at least, they certainly SHOULD know it. They made him jumpy and itchy all over his arms. Or so so claimed anyway. Which of course meant that it was some lie he'd made up Merlin Knows When.
So when he HEARD the sound of giggle, his head immediately snapped up and found herself staring at some blonde, young girl that looked vaguely familiar and made him think of ... magazines and, strangely, of his sister Morgan. He sunk his hands on his untamed brown hair and then scratched his head distractedly as he stared at the little giggler. She didn't look anything like Morgan, and ... Well, great - he hadn't thought of that brat in days and things had been just fine.
First raising his eyebrows a little bit at her, then shaking his head, and then finally outright chuckling at her antics only to end up covering the sound with a cough, Ian was suddenly reminded by the girl's butterflies that he was meant to be practicing on creating more horrible butterflies, so started the process again, thinking that females were slightly out of their minds.
Ian also thought, naturally, that all these years he'd been right on thinking that between him and Colby, he'd gotten the looks and Colby the brains. Obviously.
Seemed pretty fair to him.
