Yes, Professor Lawson did give them a shield. She wasn't at all fond of the idea of her own blood being shed this year. "If it means anything, I don't find Gryffindor uninteresting at all. He was oogly eyed at the dribbling. Feet. Not hands. FEET! He wanted to shout it out. Unless you were a goalie, touching the soccer ball with your hands was a big no-no.
But he was distracted by the way Kellen decided to break up their teams and he blinked at the boy. "Wait. What? Hold on. Is that fair?" His blinks turned into a grin. "Oooh I see. You're going to take us all on. Sounds good to me."
His eyes flicked back to Mina, wondering if she was just bored, was a fan of basketball or didn't know that handling the ball was against the normal rules. Then again, Kellen and himself, along with many others he had met didn't exactly apply to the definition of normal. |
