With the tiniest of whimpers, Jake looked around for Lawson, ignoring the evil Gryffindor who'd broken his face. He was very comforted by the hug, however, and leant into it for as long as he could. STUPID FACE!

The whistle made Jake jump out of his skin, metaphorically speaking. He looked to the man with fear in his eyes. Was he seriously in trouble for this?

Using the wall to help him get up, Jake raised the handkerchief to his nose again, stepping nervously to the front of the room, trying hard to avoid Josh. Feeling himself trembling, Jake stood and looked out over the room. Dude, he wanted OUT.
