Tariana walked into the great hall and took a seat. Once Jacob was next to her, she started,
"Well first off, he lied to me as an effort to get me away from Jude. He said 'McGonagall needed to speak with me'. Who lies right off the bat? Crazy kid. I wanted to know what he was up to, so I played dumb and followed him. He told me he knew that I knew he was lying, and he just wanted to show me his favorite part of the castle. Then you came to us. That was it, really. But, I dunno... I just get these weird vibes from him, like he shouldn't be trusted." Tariana looked ahead, thinking for a few moments. After some silence, she laughed.
"I'm just being paranoid, honestly. He's just a human. There's nothing he can do that can be bad. Nothing to be scared of."
