"I know! That's why when I saw him being nice to you, I thought he was coming up with a major evil plan. I'm trying to stay away from him at all costs. But staying away from Ian is different. Crazy Lying Ian called me a bully, he knows nothing," Allison grinned mischievously.
"But you're right. He prolly didn't burn his school down, but it would have been a good story you know?" Patting her belly Allison was about to suggest a walk when suddenly she heard a flap of wings.
"Oh my. It's Bruce Wayne the family Screech-Owl." Sitting up she caught a thick stack of letters with a blue ribbon tied. The owl immediately flew off and in came Robin flopping left and right finally releasing two letters one which Allison caught and another which landed in front of Arya.
With a grimance Allison untied the letters and scratched herself behind her right ear,
"Oh Merlin. These are all from my aunts." Shuffling through them she saw one addressed to her with no returning name,
"Aunts, Uncles, cousins...and one random one. No name. Odd." Allison set aside the stack and looked at the one Robin had handed her.

Baby girl!
How is my sweet lovely young lady? Now first of all I must address the fact the your grammar was terrible. Skipping words, misspelling. Shame on you young lady. I also want to know how your French and Spanish books are coming along. I bought you those for a reason. I expect the next letter to be in Spanish.
Second, Hogwarts is an excellent school for those gifted with magic. Where does it say it's a school of crazies? Arya didn't look crazy to me! And don't you threaten me with a Howler! I'll send you a scarier one, and you know it!
Onto more important things. Congratulations my sweet love. You know that it doesn't matter what house you are in we are soooo proud of you! Your brother and I are very happy to know you have been taken into your father's house. I know you may not like it, but if the Sorting Hat thought it was the best place, then it must be. Be careful with Quidditch try-outs. You know I hate that game. Nonetheless I''l be more than proud if you make it. Oh and sorry about the big stack of letters, the family insisted. By the way your grandma said not to worry, although she wants to, she won't disinherit you for being a Ravenclaw. Although now your brother refuses to level your gnome. I'll play it! Dontcha worry!
I'm glad you are making friends. And yes I remember that school...Sir Martigan's Academy for Distinguished Young Gentlemen. You ought to pay more attention to what's going on around you. And remember if you are going to tease someone, don't do it half-way!~
We miss you a lot sweetie, we are all well and your grandparents send you treats. Tell Robin to give them to you. And he ate well, but refused to rest, thus I sent Bruce Wayne to make sure he got there safe.
Write soon! Love you lots,
E. Scott
Allison grinned at her mother's recounts and noticed that the letter in front of Arya..was in her mother's writing and was for Arya. She knew it. Allison's mother was never the one not to fret. Waiting for Arya to open it, Allison drank more milk,
"Well. Hurry up and read it, then tell me what it says." SPOILER!!: Arya G. Lovegoods-Hogwarts

Arya darling,
How are you? I heard from my daughter's letter that you were placed in Hufflepuff, I am so proud of you. If I may say so myself, I was a Hufflepuff once and we were incredible. Oh I still remember the late nights, being able to go to the kitchen and ask those elves for food. Mmm, scratch that pear real good dear, it'll lead you right inside. I don't think I told Allison, oh well you can share it.
DON'T LET HER READ THIS!
Onto other things. If you need anything I am more than willing to assist you or your parents, with anything at all. I am fortunate to have Allison and I must tell you the girl can have a temper, so be patient. She's quite dedicated to her studies, if she ever starts rambling go along with her. And if you need help with anything, believe me that that walking encyclopedia will have the answer. Oh and don't worry about her trying to steal the letter, if you say no she won't read it. If I may say, I give myself credit for her etiquette. Payed for classes and all...and well, they are stuck in her head. And yes I am currently laughing evilly over that deed. Psht, etiquette who needs that. Only silly little girls like Allison do Arya. I never needed it at all!~~~
Again, congratulations on being a badger and take care of my Allison,
E. Scott
P.S. Is she ok? Has she been sleeping? Any bruises, cuts, or signs of malnutrition?
P.S.S. Allison's grandparents send treats, make sure Robin forks them over!~?
While Arya read her own letter Allison opened a few from the Scotts, her frown and annoyance showing more and more on her face. All of them sent her money and great wishes for being a Ravenclaw. Glorying in the days that they had been there, comparing her to her failure of a brother who had been a Hufflepuff, exclaiming they were ecstatic that at last a true Scott had been called out among the rotten apples that her mother had reproduced. Announcing how proud they were that she was showing school spirit and trying out for the Quidditch team.
Allison got sick by the second letter and instead tied them all up again with the blue ribbon. However Allison also made sure to place the anonymous letter at the very top. She thought it best to open it later, when she didn't have class to worry about and her own nagging need to know what her mother had sent Arya.
Looking at Arya she asked,
"So? Cough up, what did it say?" She wanted to take the letter from Arya's hands but breeding stopped her.
