He coughed, hoping to pass if off as an attack. He slung an arm around her shoulder, "Just, don't right me off entirely, ok?" he asked her. It was true, Tari was beautiful, but that wasn't the reason Jacob loved her. He loved her because she was Tariana! But her looks happened to make every other guy at school attracted to her. Which was bad for him, some of the guys compared to him in looks.
