Trevor the Toad
He had wanted an owl. Owls were pretty, graceful, and very useful when it came to sending letters and such. Plus EVERYONE at school had an owl! All he wanted to do was fit in, but no—he got a TOAD instead.
At first, Neville had grinned and pretended to like Trevor while holding back his distaste for the animal. Once he got to Hogwarts however, he realized just how important this animal was going to be. It seemed like Trevor was going to be his only friend while at school.
“Hmm, I guess you’re not so bad after all.”
