He watched with slightly narrowed eyes as the girl in front of him explained that she was the better teaser and had won before placing a kiss on his cheek and telling him that one was real. "Oh, thanks," he muttered sarcastically. "That wasn't very nice of you, Vi," he added, his voice reproachful. "But you have most definitely not won," he added, the hint of a smile growing on his lips. "Far from it, actually. I haven't even gotten a chance to actually try."
