Smiling, she stood up and looked outside the compartment, just in time to see him going into some other compartment. Oh. Well that sucks. Sighing, she hung her head for a moment before looking up and staring at Kay. Yes, definitely a fun year. Just the thought of it brought up her spirits and she sat back down in her seat, finally able to get the snake off of her neck. Which felt nice, since he was squeezing it just a little too tightly for her liking. "He went somewhere else."
Riiiiight. Sometimes Destiny forgot that Evelyn knew spells that others didn't. She wondered how she knew them spells, but sometimes it is better to not ask questions. She learned something from her grandmother..don't ask questions, unless you want to hear a story, and Destiny didn't like her grandmother's stories.
Destiny sat and stared out the compartment door, watching all the little firsties walk by. All the
vulnerable little firsties. She waited until Evelyn sat back down, throwing all thoughts of Josh aside. It might be better that he wasn't here for this anyway.
'What if we, like, make our 'group' bigger?' she asked, still looking staring into the hallway. Where was Kylie? She hadn't seen her in Diagon Alley all summer, and she didn't even know if she was in their group..or whatever they had.
'You know, make them do our 'dirty work'. She had no idea what 'dirty work' was, but she figured it had to do with dirty things, dirty things like homework. Turning to Evelyn, Destiny smiled as if she was joking,
'They can be all first years.' She wasn't joking.
