First she needed to find a compartment, though, for her and her new baby-kneazle...which she had had no time to find a name for. Shame on her. Clutching the ginger furball closer to her chest the 16 year old peeked into every compartment she passed in search for either and empty one or at least a familiar face. Without much success. Oh, great, this day was only getting better. NOT. At last she found a compartment with only a small girl - presumably a first year - sitting in it. "Hey! Are these taken?" Nancy asked the girl upon opening the compartment door.
"Oh, uh, no, go ahead" Man, Layla had really been hoping to have her compartment alone. Whatever.
"I like your, uh, cat?" she added with what she hoped was a warm smile, what was that thing, anyway? Idiot! Tell her your

Good thing you're one too, I wouldn't talk to you otherwise" she added a light-hearted smile to show that she was joking, although she was very, very serious. Just like Mom and Dad always said, keep your poker face, it's how you get ahead. How else had they gotten so famous? I had to start preparing. Only 7 years. Then I could get away from here and be initiated.
Then she heard the annoyed hooting. Dracio. She pulled down the snowy owl's cage and started calming her down. She obviously didn't like the overhead compartment.
