The man needed to lighten up and at this rate, he wasn't looking for a wife when he already had the kid to look after. Poor thing.
She turned back to Miles and kissed him on the cheek. "That's for good luck," she grinned then laid her head back on his shoulder. This was her favorite summer ever and her second favorite part of the summer as Miles would know what was the first. There was no Ivan to bother them only the drill sergeant that stood next to them. Not as bad really. |
