Edward Lestrange aparates to the portkey location. He has come prepared with his tent and other essential stowed away in what looks like a muggle backpack. Can't be too careful. Edward looks around the field and finds a old muggle tennis shoe. He checks the portkey list. It say an old tennis shoe is one, so I guess this is it.
DH smiled at the guy next in line and said,
"Sir, can I see your dentifications for verifications?" he said as he look at the commotion caused by the Muggles that was gone astray in this festive activity.

It was only then that he realized that it was Mrs. Masterson, the Head of the Magical Transportation. He stopped there and there and proceeded to the line in front of him.
