Turning away from Iliana and little Jadyn, Marcus looked up just in time as Reese spoke to him. He nodded his head towards a little area away from the table and stood up from his chair.
He gave Iliana's shoulder a small squeeze and bent down to speak in her ear, "I'll just be a moment." He straightened up and headed over to where Reese was waiting.
