"Oh." Ella said with a small smile. She hated how, the guy that she talked most with before, now made her speechless. It was like they didn't even talk anymore. She had to say more.

"How'd it go? What's you do?" She hoped to strike up some kind of a conversation. For reasons unknown, Ella added, "Thanks again for telling me to go talk to Nate. We're closer than ever now." She gave him a wider smile, with a hint of naughtiness in her eye. Wonder where that came from.
