Holding her wand up higher now so she could see what was around them, she wished she hadn't. "Spiders." she said in a faint whisper, pausing in her step and staying as still as possible, not ever breathing. A shiver went down her spine when she thought how close she was to them, and it felt like they were ALL watching her. 'Maybe that snake will kill them...' she thought, suddenly hearing a faint noise behind her. What was that? Something rolling?
Shrugging it off, Evelyn grabbed Destiny's hand and started running. "Show me the snake!" she yelled, wanting to get away from the spiders as soon as possible. 'Stupid spiders...'
'Oh yeah spiders. I forgot to tell you about them.' Destiny tried not to laugh at Evelyn. Here they were, stuck in a tunnel with spiders, which Evelyn was scared of and snakes, which Destiny was scared of. Only Destiny wasn't being mean and making Evelyn help her find a spider!
And Destiny was running again. They were even running faster than the girl with the wheels on her shoes!
'A girl with wheels on her shoes?' Destiny was too busy staring at the girl to realize how close she was to the wall. Her wand must have got caught in a hole or something, making Destiny lose grip of it.
'Wait I dropped my wand!' Freeing herself from Evelyn's grip, Destiny went over and reached for her wand. And as soon as she went to grab it, she saw it. The big, huge, people eating
snake!
'Evelyn! Save yourself! Its going to eat me!' she yelled as she slowly backed away from the vicious snake, and awaited her doom..
