Nate picked her up so her head was on his shoulder and her knees were in his right had. He let her sleep as he carried her to the common room.
One second she was drooping against him.. the next soaring up in his arms. She wanted to tell him how nice it was of him, how sweet it was, how grateful she was that he was there...
But slowwlllyy her eyes were closing; she was very tired. She wanted to tell him how much she loved him.

But her body had something else in mind. Feeling his warm body pressed to his, she finally let one word out in a small murmur.

And then she was asleep.
