Daniel Ortiz, a very big fan of the Harry Potter series, is raising funds for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and his local Sarasota Habitat for Humanity in a big way. He was given a signed deluxe edition of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, signed by J.K. Rowling (whose publicist donated the bookplate) and American illustrator Mary Grandpre, who was kind enough to draw a rare portrait of Harry in the inside title page. It will put on auction via eBay to raise money for the two causes.
