Do you have physical aftereffects, any kind of physical sensation at all? Pain, discomfort? Perhaps a touch of nausea? And what happens just before these blackouts, if you remember? He looked at her, his expression eager, almost hungry... the way a scientist might analyze a particularly fascinating test subject in a lab.
"Yes, Jake Up---
share these dreams in common? You mean, Jake is having the same nightmares I am?" she asked. This was news to her, but at the same time, she couldn't believe she didn't think to ask Jake about the nightmares sooner. She nodded in reply to Professor Kazimeriz's next question. "Yes, I black out completely, meaning I don't remember anything that happened during the lost time. I'm not even sure what triggers this, as it's happened in different places and at different times."
"When I'm about to blackout, I'm usually aware of what's happening for a split second. It's like I feel as if I'm slowly losing myself, then...well, I snap out of it a while later. When it ends, I have this feeling like I've been asleep for a while and something suddenly wakes me up," she explained. "Other than that and the lost time, there's no other side effects."

Just as she finished answering, a series of knocks sounded on the door, and she instinctively turned towards the sound. Oh...Team Kazi had arrived! She knew it was them, because they'd agreed for Tibi to do a specific pattern of knocks, and that's exactly what she'd heard. This also meant the water balloon filled with...hee hee...Swelling Solution was now hanging at the top of the office door, so LouAnn had to make
sure it was Professor Kazimeriz who opened that door.
