Mainly because she hadn't done as much homework as she wanted to. Slytherin were in second place and that just wasn't good enough. Second place was not winning. Second place means the first losers. Sylvia couldn't cope with that and wanted to be the top point earner.

On the brighter side, Slytherin had beated Ravenclaw at Quidditch. Now, Sylvia hadn't gone to that match but she had heard about it from other Slytherins who seemed rather proud of themselves for being the clever Ravenclaws. Not that clever was it? Losing against Slythies. Mwahaha!

Speaking of Ravenclaws, Sylvia's FAVE Ravvie was in sight. ~~Yipee!~~ Yeey. COUGH. It had been a while since Sylvia had seen Xander and it was definately a nice surprise. And lucky for him, she wasn't in the mood to gloat about the match. "Xanderrrman?" Sylvia sang slightly as she approached him with a sweet smile on her face and her eyes carefully scanning his hair.
