"What happened?" he said softly as he approached the student's body.

UGH. He was shaking, and wasn't sure why. Kazimeriz didn't frighten him as much as he did to other students, but still. There was no way Xander could have done this anyway. Only a horrible person could.
While keeping one arm around Reese, he faced the professor and the emotional girl on the floor.
"Reese sent out her patronus to you, and we stayed here because we didn't want the body to be alone, when she -" he nodded to the girl on the ground, "came in and began yelling at us to get someone when we had sent you. We stayed here because we weren't sure of what to do after that fact."
It was surprising to Xander how calm he stayed in this situation. Finding a dead student wasn't something he came across every day, but he didn't know how else to react. Hysterics would only make it worse and drawn out and break him down. He didn't need that, so trying to be level headed was the best that he could do right now.
Hopefully Kazimeriz and the emotional (and bossy) girl on the ground would understand he was trying to do the right thing.
Standing slowly Krissy took on her full height of a mere 5'2 and looked at the professor pain in her eyes.
"Yeh know what happened, yeh know why it happened." she shook her head sadly.
"He always had to be the hero..." her voice cracked as tears pooled again. No not in front of Kaz, she would not break in front of this man...Helios' idol.
"He knew it was coming... He sent me his patronus, all the way to me dormitory." She was shaking with a cold that was deep in her heart.
"I admit I was hysterical when I came in to find me beloved... but those two were just standing there staring at the body. I was begging for them to find anyone while the patronus found yeh... but the stubborn little git wouldn't leave." Her hands balled up in fists.
"I'm sorry...I am trying to keep me head about me. I always knew this was a possibility. Losing him too soon I mean...but I never thought it would be in school.I never thought it would be so young. I thought we would be married." she whispered the last word and knelt next to Helios' body once more permitting a few tears to fall on the boys closed eyelids.
"Please do something for him professor...He deserves better than being on the floor." She nearly begged.
"I was afraid to move him, but I'll not leave the body until the proper preparations are made. As far as I am concerned, he was me husband, and I am a widow." She looked at the man who had stolen her last year with Helios. The man who kept her from ever being the bride she was supposed to be and she couldn't be angry with the Professor. He hadn't killed Helios, he made him a better man.
"I jest wish I could have said goodbye... held his hand once more..." she whispered knowing the Professor would understand.
